This family came to Heuer Homes after the loss of their home due to fire. There was some additional coordination involved with the insurance company and rebuilding in an established neighborhood, but the home turned out beautifully. We were fortunate to be rebuilding on a great lot with a wooded backdrop.
The new design highlighted the trees in the backyard. The oversized 2nd floor laundry room was an important design feature to go with the 4 bedrooms on the 2 full baths. Maximizing gathering space was the focus of the kitchen, nook and family room. One of the more unique features was flex space coming in from the garage. We combined a mud room, command center and pocket office in one space. The completed home really fits in well in the established neighborhood, but redesigned to today’s demands.
