The family of this beautiful home had contacts and relationships with other trades & suppliers that they were wanting to use when building. They were having difficulty finding a builder that would provide the flexibility they were seeking while delivering a home to their specifications within budget. Our client loved to entertain & really wanted a huge kitchen & gathering space as well as an open finished basement to accommodate friends & family.

Project Details

The client found that our unique approach to pricing homes along with the flexibility we provide in working with other subcontractors & suppliers made for a great fit. The home turned out beautiful and provided the layout the clients were seeking. The kitchen island with a gigantic granite slab is the centerpiece of the main level and a perfect spot to gather around. The finished basement features a beautiful wet bar & spacious area with multiple TVs, making it ideal for watching all the March Madness games. Mission accomplished with this amazing home!
